Returns will generally be accepted (our discretion) unless covered by manufacturers warranty or the product is faulty. Returns are at the customers own expense unless  the return is a result of our error/faulty product/manufacturers warranty. A 15% Cancellation fee may apply if you cancel your order after it has been made.

AVAILABILITY OF STOCK

IMAGES ARE ONLY REPRESENTATIVE AND MAY DIFFER SLIGHTLY FROM ACTUAL PRODUCT

Under some circumstances products may be unavailable due to seasonal changes (summer/winter clothing, lights etc) suppliers low stock levels, or backorders.  If for any reason we do not have what you order in stock you will be notified and have the opportunity to replace with an alternative item (may not be advertised) or cancel your order.

We try to keep information updated on a daily/weekly basis, however some products and prices may change or become unavailable at short notice and are 'while stocks last'. When an order is processed and there is a shortage of stock etc, you will be notified by email. Credit cards purchases will not be charged until order is ready for dispatch  **Except International Orders - charged when order is confirmed.

We have hundreds of products online for you to see and purchase. However as we are part of a retail store we have many more available that are not online.
