Duration of listing will start from the sellers list date requested and last for 31 days from this date whereby the listing will be removed unless a continuation is requested and further payment is made.

When placing an ad you must include a picture, text and contact details for potential purchasers to contact you on.

Cyclelink 's SECONDHAND website is for sale of second hand bicycles and accessories by PRIVATE sellers and not for COMMERCIAL TRADING!

1. Your ad may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item. In addition, any phone number/email address provided by you for listing in an ad must be yours, or you must have permission to use it. You must ensure that any phone number/email address listed in your ad is correct. We reserve the right to modify or refuse any ad not deemed suitable by Cyclelink.com.au staff.
2. Text length must NOT be excessive and only describe the relevant information required for an informed sale.
3. You hereby assign all copyright in your ad to us.
4. Where GST is applicable on any items you advertise the advertised price must be inclusive of GST.
5. Only ad s fully completed and paid for will be accepted for publication. Listing will usually occur within in 2 business days of infomration and payment being confirmed, however please allow upto 5 business days for listing. Please submit your ads early to avoid congestion, frustration and disappointment closer to the deadline.
6. Subject to these Terms, we will use our reasonable endeavours to publish ad s in the format submitted by you and in accordance with your placement instructions. However, we make no guarantees or representations regarding placement of your ad or the content of ad s grouped with your ad . We also reserve the right to select, edit, condense, determine the duration of,  withdraw or refuse an ad .
7. We will refuse to publish ad s that offer for sale any of the itmes not of a bicycle or bicylce accessory nature or at our discretion.
8. You may cancel or withdraw your ad at any time up until listing occurs. If this occurs, and payment has been made, we will provide you with a refund (less any reasonable costs that we have incurred in relation to the ad ). If you do not cancel or withdraw your ad s before listing, no refund is provided.
9. Private advertisers may place "Contact Me," "Buy Now" and "Make an Offer" ads.
10. It is your responsibility to notify us upon the sale of the item in your ad to ensure that the ad is removed from Cyclelink.com.au.
11. Payment must be upfront by direct deposit or Credit card (VISA and Mastercard only).
