The following freight amounts are incurred on purchases below $100 and International orders** and include postage, handling and insurance (where applicable).

  * Victoria Region - $11.00 * Interstate - $15 ** International (outside Australia) - $45 (not including bikes and items over 3 kg)

PLEASE NOTE: BIKE and Large or Heavy Orders are subject to additional COURIER charges. Cost is dependant on dimensions, weight and destination.

Freight services currently used by Cyclelink are Australia Post and TransDirect Couriers. 

All Australia Post items are sent by either Express Post satchels or REGISTERED post to ensure items are delivered.
If you would like express delivery on parcels or another postal service used then please contact us via email or phone and we will arrange that for you - (extra charges will apply) International delivery times will depend on destination.

Registered Post : All packages must be signed for and cannot be left at an unattended address. Please specify an address where someone will be available during normal business hours to accept delivery or a card will be left and the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office outlet.
TransDirect (Large/Heavy Items): Items can be left at an unattended address if requested, but you may void the Transit Warranty. All goods MUST be inspected for damage before any Receiver signs the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as 'Received in good condition' you will void the Transit Warranty. If damage is evident, the receiver must write 'DAMAGED' on the Consignment note or PDA screen.

Cyclelink does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage,  arising due to any delay in delivery of the Products or any failure to deliver the Products ordered once passed on to Australia Post or any other couriers.

Shipping fees are not refundable: If the package is returned to us or sent to the nearest courier depot an additional charge will be payable to have it sent out again. Also, if you are not able to sign for a delivery, a re delivery fee may be charged to your card at a later date.

No call prior to delivery: Courier drivers will not use their own phones to call you as part of the delivery arrangement.
(They're contractors delivering hundreds of packages per day and the time and cost of such phone calls is not factored into their prices.)

No delivery at a certain time: Couriers deliver during normal business hours but the actual time of delivery depends on where your address falls on the driver's route for that day. A request to deliver at a specific time of the day cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may be payable if a package is returned to sender.
Best practice: Have your parcel sent to a work address.
